Sometimes we get caught up trying to meet other people's expectations of us. We change our dress style, careers, relationships etc, in other to meet the demands of others. Rather than discovering what our true paths in life, we get lost in the struggle.
Well, who else could have said this better than Brum3h, the one-half of the group, To Name A Few, as he renders his first solo performance with "White Collar Man".
In White Collar Man, Brum3h touches on a vital societal issue which many tend to ignore or rather sweep under the carpet since we typically live in an African setting where society dictates what a man becomes in life and little or no attention is given to what his dreams, goals or interests are.
Brum3h is of the opinion that everyone has a calling and as such there is no need for comparisons. He also preaches staying true to oneself without conforming to the whims of society.
We can't ignore his sturdy vocals on this tune as he tells this captivating and compelling story.
A possible collaboration with Simi over a remix will not be a bad idea at all. Do you share the same sentiment?
Well, we expect more impacting and reverberating sound from this singer.
