Since its release, Sounds From The Other Side, #SFTOS by starboy, Wizkid, has received mostly positive reviews from critics.
The highly anticipated album has not only raised the bar for Nigerian music, but for the whole of Africa. For many, Wizkid's evolution has been considered to be an open door that has finally gotten the world to stay still and pay attention to the creativity and untapped potential in the African sound. In the meantime, the "Come Closer" crooner is back in the country for a short break as he recruits the talent of ace music producer, Masterkraft to create something magical which is titled "Medicine".
Medicine is quite a drift from the thread of materials Wizkid has put up in recent times knowing he is hustling his way up in the international scene. However, it further affirms Wizkid's versatility and shows he has not lost touch with the trend as he embraces this mid-tempo vibe or "Poh Poh Sound" as referred to by Davido.
